• The actual colour may vary slightly due to your monitor settings and colour change could occur during the printing and heat transfer process.
• We will provide three revisions for the initial photo sent at no charge, however if more revisions are required, there is a small fee associated with that.
• If you would like to change the photo of your pet after the first proof is sent through, there is a small fee associated with that.

*Please send your high resolution photo via messages after purchase. Also note that the actual colour may vary due to monitor settings. It is also possible for some colour change to occur during the printing and heat transfer process, which is inevitable for various pictures and some colours.*

We have a few options to choose from for your customized mug: the option of printing One Sided Designs, Two Sided Designs or Custom Note On Back.

One Sided Design - The design is printed facing outwards when held with the right hand.

Two Sided Design - The design is repeated on both sides.

Custom Note On Back - The design is printed facing outwards when held with the right hand and the personalized note is on the opposite side.

If you would like to make any modifications to the one/two sided design placement, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request!

CARE:

This mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, because the design is printed directly on it and won't scratch off!
