We have a few options to choose from for your customized mug: the option of printing One Sided Designs, Two Sided Designs or Custom Note On Back.

One Sided Design - The design is printed facing outwards when held with the right hand.

Two Sided Design - The design is repeated on both sides.

Custom Note On Back - The design is printed facing outwards when held with the right hand and the personalized note is on the opposite side.

If you would like to make any modifications to the one/two sided design placement, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request!

For Our Custom Photo/Avatar Mugs:

• The actual colour may vary slightly due to your monitor settings and colour change could occur during the printing and heat transfer process.To clarify, the actual colour of the final product may vary from the graphics on your computer, based on your monitor settings. Color change could occur during the heat transfer process, which is inevitable for some pictures and some colors. This change is out of our control.
• We will provide three revisions for the initial photo sent at no charge, however if more revisions are required, there is a small fee associated with that.
• If you would like to change the photo of your pet after the first proof is sent through, there could be a delay of 2-3 business days with processing your order.

CARE:

This mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, because the design is printed directly on it and won't scratch off!
